Seven Summit SkiMo Club is offering Ski Touring training courses which is an introduction to Ski Mountaineering covering the essential academic technics of Ski Touring for beginners with the goal to nurture Ski and Ski Mountaineering Sport in world.

Beginner SkiMo Course

Ski touring is a multidisciplinary sport. A bit of mountaineering, a bit of skiing, a bit of alpinism. So, it absolutely feels great to have our first course participants learn both skiing and mountaineering skills in our courses and enjoy Mountaineering and Skiing in same time.

A well-matched group that already on the first trip went from basics of ski touring to elements of ski mountaineering.

In our ۵-day course you will learn how to use skis, how to put on skins, how to travel uphill, how to perform kick turns for traversing on steeper terrain and how to ski down in green slopes.

The courses will be held in English language in Iran and Asia in form of private or public classes.

Physical level: beginner with daily exercise including stretches in upper and lower buddy
Duration: 5 days

Day 1:
Transfer from airport to the hotel in Ski Resort, Check-in and Welcome Party
Evening: introductory workshop to the course and itinerary
Day 2 – ۳ :
۸-۱۲ & 14- 15:30 constructive course on the snow
۱۷ – ۱۸:۳۰: theory session and present films and personal feedback
Day 4:
۸-۱۲ & 14- 15:30 Training ascent and descent
۱۷ – ۱۸:۳۰ present films and personal feedback
۲۰ – ۲۲ Closing Ceremony and Dinner
